B-cells/skin interactions in systemic sclerosis

The present study was designed to investigate the impact and mechanisms of B-cell/fibroblast interactions on both cell types, in cocultures in a healthy 3-dimensional reconstituted skin model including fibroblasts, keratinocytes and extracellular matrix, and in conventionnal 2D cocultures. The effect of coculture on the transcriptome of B-cells and fibroblasts was studied with bulk and single-cell RNA sequencing approaches.
