This is a transcriptome of the root tip (0.5-cm apical part of the roots) of etiolated seedlings of rice, which includes the wild type, mhz10-1 mutant and Oseil1 mutant. The above plant materials were treated with ethylene for 8 hours, and air treatment was used in control groups. Through transcriptome analysis, it is helpful to understand the relationship between ethylene and auxin acting on downstream genes during the regulation of rice root growth.
