The goal of this experiment was to determine the gene expression changes that occur in the setting of human leukemia cells with acquired resistance to tagraxofusp (SL-401), a recombinant interleukin 3 - diphtheria toxin fusion targeted cytotoxin Overall design: Human leukemia cell lines CAL1, derived from a patient with BPDCN, and SHI1, derived from a patient with AML, were cultured in repeated dosing with tagraxofusp to generate resistance. Three replicates of each were treated with vehicle and three were treated in tagraxofusp to generate biological triplicates of parental and resistant cultures of each cell line. N=12 lines in total. 3 CAL1 parental, 3 CAL1 resistant, 3 SHI1 parental, 3 SHI1 resistant
