To investigate the impact of LSP1P5 on the functionality of keloid derived fibroblasts (KDFs) and elucidate its underlying mechanisms, we employed knockdown of LSP1P5 in KDFs from two individuals using antisense oligonucleotide (ASO). Subsequently, RNA sequencing was performed on both the knockdown groups (ASO-1 and ASO-2) and the control group (ASO-NC). Importantly, it should be noted that at first, we designed three ASO sequences to knock down LSP1P5, and the original sequences named ASO2 and ASO3 worked well, so these two samples were used in sequencing and the file name of the raw data remained ASO2 and ASO3. However, when preparing the manuscript to present the data, we adjusted the original sequence name ASO2 to ASO-1 and the ASO3 to ASO-2 in the published manuscript.
