This paper covers the procedures necessary to overlay hydrologic county map backgrounds on SWIS. The process is not as straight forward as we would like, but it does work. In order to do it you will need the county map backgrounds in AFOS, the cooperation of your SWIS focal point, and some familiarity with PMDD.
