The parameters A, B, α, and β were reported by Gabizon et al. from a clinical trial from a fit to the amount of drug in circulation at time t after administration using a dual exponential decay model: Nbl(t) = Ae-αt + Be-βt, where t is the time and α and β are decay constants. A and B are reported in units of mg, using a blood volume of 5 L.
