Olive Pink Botanic Garden Rejuvenation and Species Protection Project 1

A continuation of Round 2 and 3 Green Army projects, this project will conserve and protect the native flora and fauna of the Olive Pink Botanic Garden including listed rare species. Activities will include weeding, especially of Buffel grass, rejuvenation of five garden beds including irrigation works, planting 200 new plants, seed collection, and a feral animal control program aimed at cats and the feral dove. An Indigenous mentor will be present to assist participants and for cultural reasons.
