Publicly available datasets, with available molecular prognostic factors.

Fifteen publicly available datasets were obtained from GEO that had unique gene expression profiling files representing CLL. The number of CLL samples per dataset ranged from 11 to 448. Molecular prognostic markers that correspond to the gene expression profiling data were available for a majority of the total samples, but the prognostic markers were not evenly spread between the different datasets, largely owing to experimental design of each dataset. NA signifies data not available, Neg represents negative, Pos represents positive, M represents IgVH mutated, and UM represents IgVH unmutated.
