This dataset provides spatial distribution data of land use types in Xifeng District, Qingyang City, Gansu Province in 2016. It is vector data with attribute fields including land code and land type. The land use types are classified into the following secondary-level categories: paddy field, dry land, closed forest land, shrub land, open forest land, other forest land, high-coverage grassland, medium-coverage grassland, low-coverage grassland, rivers and canals, lakes, reservoirs and ponds, permanent glaciers and snow fields, tidal flats, flood land, urban land, rural residential areas, other construction land, sandy land, Gobi, saline-alkali land, marsh land, bare land, bare rock and gravel land, and others. Among these, croplands (i.e., paddy fields and dry lands) are further categorized based on landforms, covering mountainous, hilly, plain areas, and slopes with a slope angle greater than 25 degrees. The data has a scale of 1:100,000.
