Sampling data captured in Oceanic Exploration Research During GSRNOD14A in 2014, over 80 000 km² was surveyed with multi‐beam echo sounding (MBES).
Besides that, 10 boxcore samples were collected from which sampling tubes for further geotechnical testing were achieved. After analysis of these data, 3 Areas of Interest (AoIs B) were selected for detailed investigation during GSRNOD15A in 2015.
