Drive Cycle Measurement Data with rotor and stator temperature from a 48V dual three-phase permanent magnet radial flux synchronous machine
收藏资源简介:
Testbench data from a 48V dual three-phase permanent magnet radial flux synchronous machine. The data includes 38 drive cycles, that cover a cumulative duration of 37.9 hours. The included data are motor speed in rpm, the phase current in A, the measurend output torque in Nm, the coolant temperature, the rotor temperature and the stator temperature in °C and the profile:id for each drive cycle. Torque and speed are measured using a torque measuring flange, while the current is recorded with a Matuschek POWERAnalyzer LK601. The stator winding temperature is measured using a thermocouple type K glued onto the endwinding, capturing the thermal behaviour of the stator winding. The coolant temperature is monitored before and after it flows through the motor. The mean value of these temperatures is used in this data. For the rotor temperature an optical sensor provides non-contact measurements to avoid interference with rotor dynamics.
