Hong Kong airborne gram-negative bacteria and local sources

This study aims to reveal the airborne gram-negative bacterial community and its local sources in Hong Kong, with a special focus on its toxic components on the cell wall, endotoxin, and exposure to humans. A quantitative framework was established to assess the role of endotoxin from gram-negative bacteria by PM2.5 from contrasting ambient environments.
