Cryopreserved CAR T-cells were thawed at 37 degree and resuspended in the sample buffer. SIngle-cell capture, and cDNA library preparation were performed using the BD Rhapsody Express SIngle-cell analysis system according to the manufacturer's instructions. An Abseq panel containing 30 surface markers and a customized immune response panel (398 genes) were employed. Paired-end sequencing was conducted on Illumina Nextseq550 platform.
