Expression data of transmigrated hMSCs from 3D collagen barriers

Identification of molecular pathways induced by 3D collagen encapsulation and transmigration of hMSCs via collagen barriers Human MSCs isolated from two subjects were encapsulated in 3D collagen (3DM) followed by a total of 9-day cultivation and transmigration via collagen barriers in comparison to seeding 2D monolayer MSCs for the same period. Total RNA was extracted from cells by the RNeasy Mini Kit (Qiagen), and gene expression profiling was performed using an Affymetrix Human Gene 2.0 ST microarray platform.
