Sequencing data from a multi-omics study of Bama miniature pigs

The data were collected from 12 Bama miniature pigs at two time points, 25 and 36 days after birth, with one macrogenomic data and one transcriptomic data collected from each pig at each time point. The final dataset includes 23 blood transcriptomic samples, and 21 fecal metagenomic samples. Three fecal samples (one from 25-day group and two from 36-day group) were removed for metagenomic analysis and one blood sample (from the 25-day group) was removed for transcriptomic analysis due to contamination, library preparation or sequencing.
