Gene expression in secondary lymphoid organ stromal cell populations of Cxcr4WHIM/+ mice [SLO]

This study provides gene expression profiles of spleen and peripheral lymph node stromal cell subsets from a CXCR4 gain-of- function mouse model of WHIM syndrome at the population level. Overall design: Single cell RNA sequencing data of stromal cell populations from spleen and peripheral lymph nodes of Cxcr4WHIM/+ (1 sample) and Cxcr4+/+ mice (1 sample). Cells from 2 mice (for lymph nodes) and 3 mice (for spleens) per genotype were pooled.
