资源简介:
Data set on the subject of archaeological areas of interest for the state of Schleswig-Holstein with the exception of the Hanseatic city of Lübeck. The service provides maps of the archaeological areas of interest of the municipalities of the federal state of Schleswig-Holstein. According to § 12 (2) 6 of the Act for the Protection of Monuments of 30.12.2014 (DSchG SH 2015), the areas designated as archaeological areas of interest are places of which it is known or can be assumed from the circumstances that cultural monuments are located there. The archaeological areas of interest provide information on whether the Archaeological State Office SH should be involved in measures pursuant to the Monument Protection Act and, if necessary, whether a permit under monument law is required. Early involvement of the State Archaeological Office of Schleswig-Holstein (ALSH) is recommended for all projects and measures involving earthworks in areas of interest. In the case of large-scale measures and planning, ALSH must also be involved outside areas of interest. Archaeological monuments are known in areas of archaeological interest and there is reasonable suspicion that they have not yet been discovered. This issue is examined by the ALSH. The identification of archaeological areas of interest is based on, among other things, finds, sites, monuments, place names, historical maps and reports, as well as ongoing research. In principle, however, not yet known cultural monuments can also be located outside archaeological areas of interest. Most of the monuments preserved in the ground are unknown. Therefore, the archaeological areas of interest are updated and updated with new findings. Municipalities in which no archaeological areas of interest are yet indicated are therefore not free of archaeologically relevant areas, but only not yet processed. Therefore, a participation of the Archaeological State Office Schleswig-Holstein is also necessary here.
