An analog of AHL signal molecule was designed and successfully synthesized and named Y0-C10-HSL as a quorum sensing inhibitor of Pseudomonas aeruginosa.In this study demonstrated the possibility of Y0-C10-HSL as quorum sensing inhibitor in the treatment of P. aeruginosa infection and reducing the emergence of drug-resistant P. aeruginosa through in vitro and in vivo experiments, which provided a theoretical basis for the development of antibacterial agents against P. aeruginosa.
