iPSCORE Multiomic QTL Summary Statistics

This directory contains 16 summary statistics files from quantitative trait loci (QTL) analyses for three molecular phenotypes (gene expression [eQTLs], chromatin accessibility [caQTLs], and H3K27ac acetylation [haQTLs]) were identified in three tissues from the iPSCORE Collection; induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs), iPSC-derived cardiovascular progenitor cells (CVPCs), and iPSC-derived pancreatic progenitor cells (PPCs).
Between the three tissues, we calculated QTLs in 8 molecular datasets in the "discovery" phase. After the discovery phase, we identified and processed significant QTLs for "downstream" analyses. Please see the Methods of the linked publication for details about the filtering and processing strategy. Each dataset has a summary statistics for the "discovery" and "downstream" stages of the analyses.
