We obtained gene experssion profiles of 52 newly diagnosed diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). From 52 newly diagnosed DLBCL RNA was extracted and subjected to Affynterix U133plus2 gene expression profiling. This newly deposited data was combined with additional 85 previously generated Affymtrix U133plus 2 data from GSE34171.
