In a heat stress experiment under controlled conditions, a set of 432 leaf samples were obtained from the developing and mature leaves of 27 representative maize inbred lines at four timepoints with two replications. Transcriptome profiling of the samples was then conducted using the 3'mRNA-seq method. Here we posted the RNA-seq raw data of 412 samples.
