6 state kinetic model with substrate slip and Na+-leak.

The ordinary differential equations (ODE) model created with Matlab. This model corresponds to a 6 state (along normal sugar transport cycle) cartoon model in S2 Fig with a substrate slip and Na+ leak. The file format is native Matlab, and it can be opened and run with Matlab. The model is run by opening Matlab, navigating to the directory containing the code (file_name.m file) and typing the name of the file (without “.m”) at the command prompt. When run, the code will generate 1 figure corresponding to Fig 7 in the main text. (M)
