Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) Limits

The Idaho Transportation Department's (ITD) RH Boundary Limits service is a collection of layers exported from ITDs Roads and Highways Road Network Linear Referencing System (LRS) that includes city limits, county limits, jurisdiction, maintenance district limits, district limits, congressional district limits, Indian reservations, and Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) limits for the state of Idaho. These layers are linear representations of their corresponding polygon layers, and are used within external applications that summarize data based on boundaries but cannot utilize a polygon geometry.
