RNA-Seq Results of Hearts from Mice in the Sham Group, Sepsis-Induced Cardiomyopathy Group, and AAV-GATA4 Group
收藏资源简介:
Sepsis-induced cardiomyopathy (SIC) is a clinical emergency. To identify potential intervention targets, we established an SIC model in mice and performed RNA-Seq on the mice's hearts. Overall design: Eight-week-old male specific pathogen-free (SPF) C57BL/6J mice were purchased from the Laboratory Animal Center of Air Force Medical University. For the Sham group, only laparotomy and suture procedures were performed; for the SIC group, the model was established via the cecal ligation and puncture (CLP) method; and for the SIC + AAV-GATA4 group, mice were given a tail vein injection of AAV9-cTNT-GATA4 4 weeks prior to CLP. All mice were euthanized at 24 hours after the Sham operation or CLP, and their hearts were harvested for RNA-Seq analysis, with 3 mice in each group.
