Puntland Transport and Traffic Policies and other datasets

This repository contains supplementary datasets and policy references used in the analysis of urban traffic congestion in Bosaso, Puntland, Somalia. The files document three core policy frameworks that guided the study: Urban Regulatory Framework (URF), Puntland Ministry of Public Works and Transport, 2019 Puntland Transport and Infrastructure Policy (2018 draft, updated 2022) Five‑Year Development Plans (2020–2024; 2025–2029), Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation Each file includes metadata describing the scope, variables, units, and methods of collection and processing. Together, they provide transparency and reproducibility for the study’s findings.
