The folder spine and SI contained deep learning model for segmenting the sacroiliac bone and spinal inflammatory lesion. These could be used for automated segmentation of sacroiliac bone and spinal inflammatory lesion. The folder myelin water contained the MRF reconstructed result that could be use for further analysis.
