These registers record the receipt of deeds of grant in the Treasury from the Survey Department. They show the name of the county in which the land granted was situated, the name of the grantee, the area of the grant, the date of the receipt of the deed and the signature of a Treasury officer.(7/1173-78). 6 vols.
