The Wnt pathway inhibitor, LGK974 has suppressive effects for LPS-induced endotoxemia

We demonstrated that Wnt/ß-catenin pathway was activated in in endotoxemic mice, and the modulation of this pathway by LGK974 had beneficial effects by suppressing the inflammation and lethality caused by endotoxemia. Overall design: C57BL/6 mice (4 weeks old) were used to induce endotoxemia by intraperitoneal injection of 25mg/kg LPS, and liver tissues were collected from the Normal and LPS induced-endotoxemia mice. RNA was extracted from the Liver tissue of each group.
