Dataset of Investigations of inelastic cross sections of H2O molecule by He2+ and C6+ projectiles with energy range around the Bragg peak

This work provides the raw data calculated by the CTMC code independently developed by our research group, including the collision systems of H+-H2O, He2+-H2O, and C6+-H2O. Each line in the reaction.dat file represents the corresponding bmax interval, and the four numbers in each line respectively indicate excitation or elastic scattering, single ionization, single capture, and the total number corresponding to the bmax interval.The Matlab scripts for data processing have also been provided, which can serve as a reference for readers to understand the cross-section calculation methods.
