The chicken embryos were subjected to Newcastle disease immunization via chicken embryo immunization. Following immunization, the embryos were challenged with the virulent strain F48E9 after 360 days, and their spleens were collected for transcriptomic sequencing 3 days post-challenge. The aim is to explore the long-term immune-related effectors provided by chicken embryo immunization through the differences in transcriptomics between the challenged group and the control group, and to preliminarily elucidate the mechanism by which chicken embryo immunization offers long-term protection.
