Mus musculus High-Throughput Sequencing of DNA from biochemically isolated chromocenters

A prominent feature of mouse cells’ nuclei is the presence of well-defined zones of heterochromatin, termed chromocenters. These are formed by constitutive heterochromatin from different chromosomes. We used High-Throughput Sequencing of DNA from biochemically isolated chromocenters for find out what is the DNA composition of the mouse heterochromatic regions.
