To figure out the role of long non-coding RNA LINC01186 in HCC and the underlying mechanism, we performed RNA-seq analysis after LINC01186 knockdown by RNA interference in HepG2 cells. Here, we conducted LINC01186 knockdown in 2 HepG2 cells as a parallel experiment and have 2 HepG2 cells treated with siNC as control. Performed LINC01186 knockdown in HepG2 to identify the gene differential expression and find LINC01186 regulated genes.
