Conclusion:
Macrophages produced from hCD34iPSC in stirred tank bioreactors show a highly pure surface maker profile of CD45+/CD11b+/CD14+/CD163+/TRA-1-60-. Calibration of baseline settings, PMT-Voltages and quality control of the LSR II cytometer was regularly performed using the Becton-Dickinson CS&T beads and FACSDiva software according to the manufacturer.
