Escherichia coli isolated from dairy cattle in Texas

E. coli isolates from dairy cattle were sequenced to detect genetic determinants of antimicrobial resistance . A comparison between the presence of antimicrobial resistance genes and phenotypic profiles showed a High level of agreement between WGS and phenotypic antibiotic susceptibility testing.
