The Mechanism of Negative Emotion Generation in Biological System Control: A Systematic Study from Brain Chemical Action to Rejection and Avoidance Experiences

Abstract This paper systematically describes and organizes the mechanism by which human negative emotions (such as disgust, rejection, anger, and disillusionment) are generated, following an irreversible causal sequence: "(1) Action of chemical substances ➔ (2) Biological and brain responses (state changes) ➔ (3) Resulting negative emotions (internal indicators)." Furthermore, these responses are reconstructed as a "Hierarchical Structure Model of Aversion" according to the degree of threat to survival, clarifying that the essence of negative emotions is an "elimination signal of foreign objects and threats" in the biological system. Keywords: Brain Neurochemicals, Biological System Control, Negative Emotions, Hierarchy of Aversion, System Indicator
