LTi-like cells in the gut, mLN and spleen

We plan to describe different characters of LTi-like cells from distinct tissues. Also, we further compare the LTi-like cells from both Id2fl/fl and RorccreId2fl/fl mLN and gut. 2 duplicates of mRNA profiles of 3 tissues我们计划对来自不同组织的淋巴组织诱导样细胞（LTi-like cells）的各项特征进行描述。此外，我们还将进一步对比Id2fl/fl与RorccreId2fl/fl基因型小鼠肠系膜淋巴结（mLN）及肠道内的LTi-like细胞。本数据集包含3种组织的mRNA表达谱，共计2份生物学重复样本。
