A Comprehensive Atlas of Peripheral Blood Gene Signatures Across 27 Health Conditions

This dataset accompanies the manuscript titled "A Comprehensive Atlas of Peripheral Blood Gene Signatures Across 27 Health Conditions." Whole blood transcriptomics (WBT) provides valuable insights into systemic health and disease. In this study, we constructed a comprehensive WBT atlas comprising 2,127 samples spanning 27 distinct health conditions. We characterized disease-specific gene expression signatures at the whole blood level and developed a multi-omics classification model capable of distinguishing between these conditions based on their unique transcriptomic profiles. This dataset includes RNA-seq data from all 2,127 samples, consisting of both TPM-normalized expression values and raw count matrices.
