Mutations in <i>tat-2</i> suppress growth and developmental defects caused by depleting mmBCFA.

All strains were grown from eggs isolated from gravid adults grown on OP50 supplemented with the mmBCFA-producing bacteria S. maltophilia and released by alkaline hypochlorite treatment.
