Adult zebrafish can learn obstacle avoidance and Morris Water Maze-like task in two-dimensional virtual reality

The zebrafish behavioral data from the Obstacle Avoidance (OA) task and Virtual Morris Water Maze tasks are inclued in this folder. In each experiment folder, subfolders with fish number contain the behavior information of trials. The first , second and the third column in each of these text files correspond to the Y-axis coordinate, the X-axis coordinate, and the head direction. The 'experiment code' folder contains the control programs and VR programs (Unity asset file) of the two experiments respectively. For details of data, please refer to the read_me_data.pdf file.
