The data are structured as follows:- data_HC_NMRBiomed.xlsx contains data of healthy controls- data_P_NMRBiomed.xlsx contains data of patients with leukodystrophies
Each sheet refers to a different quantitative metrics: R1, R2, MWF and FAIn each sheet the following informations are reported:- subject ID (1-15 for controls, 1-17 for patients)- age in years- mean value for the following ROI: genu and splenium of corpus callosum (gCC, sCC), left and right corona radiata (CRl, CRr)- standard deviation for the same ROIs- HWHM for the same ROIs
The values -1 in the table indicate that the corresponding ROI was not available for the subject due to anatomical malformations, as discussed in the paper Lancione et al., 2024.
