This series contains master set of signed minutes of meetings created by the Cinemedia Corporation (VA 4117). It comprises minutes of the Cinemedia's Committees. In cases, where relevant committee was established by the agency's administrative predecessor (VA 1071 Film Victoria 1 or VA 2325 State Film Centre), the original minutes of the early meetings were included in the same bound volume.The Committees (Standing and Advisory) were appointed by the Board of Management, which was the governing body of the Cinemedia in accordance with the provisions of the Cinemedia Corporation Act 1997.The role of the Committee was to undertake review and analysis of relevant material and / or issue and provide advice and recommendations to the Board of Management and the Executive Director / Chief Executive Officer.This P1 consignment of this series comprises records of various standing committees.
