T cell receptor sequencing of murine HPV-negative HNSCC tumors and lymph nodes treated with ALX301, anti-PD1, and tumor-directed radiation therapy

T cell receptor (TCR) sequencing was performed on tumor and draining lymph node samples from a murine HPV-negative head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) model (4MOSC1 and 4MOSC2). The study evaluates whether treatment with ALX301 (anti-CD47 fusion protein) in combination with anti-PD1 and tumor-directed radiation therapy (tdRT) enhances clonal expansion and shared TCR clonotypes between the tumor and sentinel lymph node.
