Helicobacter pylori N6 strain:N6 Transcriptome or Gene expression. Helicobacter pylori N6 strain:N6

This study established relative differences in gene expression between 3 isogenic strains of N6. The strains are, a plasmid only control and two penicillin binding protein gene depletion strains; pbp1 and pbp3. Both pbp depletion strains are non-viable under the minus IPTG condition and this study contains only those samples corresponding to that condition. The goal was to establish the transcription level response to peptidoglycan related stress in H. pylori.
