Why we play music, investigate the variables that affect taking a music class

Attitude, practice strategy and perceived stress are important factors for the player's proficiency in playing musical instruments. In order to prove the robustness of the study, we have adopted two rounds of repeated questionnaires covering three dimensions: Attitudes towards practice, Organization of practice and Perceived Stress. The results show that (1) Attitude is the basis and necessary condition to become a performance expert, so music education should first pay attention to and cultivate their correct performance attitude. (2) After becoming a performance expert, although he can face the pressure objectively, with control the pressure within a certain range.
