Positive- and Negative-Ion-Mode Lipidomics Profiles of Milk and Blood Samples

This dataset contains lipidomics profiles of milk and blood samples reported in positive and negative ionization modes. It includes separate positive- and negative-ion-mode lipid-by-sample matrices and combined feature tables containing compound identifiers, lipid names, lipid classes, ionization modes, molecular formulas, and sample-level measurements. Both the original XLSX workbooks and UTF-8 CSV versions are provided, together with mode-specific tables, file manifests, data dictionaries, sample dictionaries, and data-quality documentation. During file preparation, no measurement values were normalized, imputed, averaged, transformed, or deleted. The combined tables were separated according to their original positive or negative ion-mode labels, and corresponding column prefixes were standardized to improve machine readability and reproducibility.
