To elucidate the mechanisms involved in maintaining intestinal epithelial homeostasis through formyl peptide receptor 1 (FPR2), small intestinal organoids derived from Fpr2f/f mice were used as an ex vivo model. Transcriptomics were examined via RNA-seq following FPR2 activation with MMK-1. Overall design: RNA-seq profiling of small intestinal organoids derived from Fpr2f/f mice treated with 1 M MMK-1 or a vehicle control (0.1% DMSO) for 5 days.
