Genetic variation of the Chilean endemic long-haired mouse Abrothrix longipilis (Rodentia, Supramyomorpha, Cricetidae) in a geographical and environmental context

Here we make available to the scientific community the dataset used in the study on genetic variation of the sigmodintine rodent <em>Abrothrix longipilis. </em>The dataset consists of transcriptome-derived raw SNPs from 17 individuals of <em>A. longipiis </em>collected from natural populations in Chile and Argentina.
