This dataset represents cream cheese production line processes, where each row corresponds to a single manufacturing batch identified by doc_num. It includes aggregated process control variables (mainly average temperatures, pressures, flow rates, frequencies, and pH measurements) collected at stages such as pasteurisation, homogenisation, preheating, mixing, and packaging, along with variables describing ingredient additions (e.g., pH, proteins, fat/solids ratios, temperature). The target variables FinalHardness and FinalHardness_Class reflect the measured final texture of the product and its quality for the analysis of how different variables influence the cream cheese. Access to this dataset is restricted due to industrial confidentiality and intellectual property (IP) constraints. The data contains sensitive production parameters.
