This dataset contains two benchmarking cases (acid-driven fracture propagation and fracture calcite precipitation) and one field-scale case of fracture porosity evolution in the Tarim Basin (distributed as three Zip archives). All simulations were conducted using a partially self-developed Discretized Virtual Internal Bond (DVIB) code. The dataset includes three categories of data: field test data, simulation statistical data, and simulation visualization data, as described in the article <i>‘Numerical Simulation of Ultra-Deep Fracture Porosity Evolution under Coupled Hydraulic–Mechanical–Chemical Fields: A Discrete Virtual Internal Bond Method’</i>.For the field test data (e.g., Figures 9, 10c, and 10d) and the simulation statistical data (e.g., Figures 3 and 6), the raw data are stored in <i>.xls</i> format and can be directly viewed using Microsoft Excel. For the simulation visualization data (e.g., Figures 4, 5, 7, 10a, and 10b), the raw simulation outputs are provided in <i>.txt</i> format. These files can be consistently converted into <i>.dat</i> or <i>.fig</i> formats using MATLAB-based data processing and plotting scripts, and subsequently visualized with either Tecplot or MATLAB software.
