Complete genome sequencing of Bdellovibrio chikugensis sp. nov.

Predatory bacteria, isolated from three aquatic environments in northern Kyushu, were identified as a new species within the Bdellovibrio genus. To conduct a comparative genomic analysis, the genomes of the three isolates were sequenced, yielding complete genome sequences.
